Time & Location
The workshop runs over 21 days:
5th Feb to 25th Feb
Weekdays: 4:50 am to 5:40 am
Weekends: 6 am to 8 am
Practices include Yogasanas, Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti, Upa Yoga and AUM initiation.
Upa Yoga - Gentle Practises to Loosen and Activate the Body
Surya Kriya - Powerful Ancient Practice for Stability & Energy
Surya Shakti - Active Practise for Cardio & Muscle Tone
There will also be Angamardana practice sessions for those who have already learnt Angamardana.
