Angamardana, a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health.
These classes are a great opportunity to practice Angamardana and refine your technique in a committed group atmosphere, under the guidance of a trained Hatha Yoga teacher.
