The workshop runs over a month, 3 days a week:

Monday - 6:00 am to 7:00 am

Thursday - 4:50 am to 5:50 am  or Wednesday 6 to 7 am 

Sunday - 6:00 am to 7:00 am

This program is for those who have already learnt Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti, Yogasanas. 

These classes are a great opportunity to practice Isha Hatha Yoga and refine your technique in a committed group atmosphere, under the guidance of a trained Hatha Yoga teacher.
