In this month long program, you have the opportunity to practice the following Isha Hatha Yoga practices
Over a period of a month with an early morning sessions each day, you'll get to experience the benefits that follows a disciplined regime of Hatha Yoga.
Only for those who have already learnt all these practices before.
Sundays, Tuesdays & Thursdays ~ 4:45 am to 5:45 am
Strengthens the spine, skeletal and muscular system
